We offer a broad range of expertise relating to the protection of innovations. We handle all matters regarding the protection or registration of patents, utility models, designs and trademarks.

We prepare applications and handle all official requirements in Finland, in other countries and also in the European Patent Office including:

• answer to office actions; and

• prepare reminders, lodge oppositions and make appeals.

We:

• do novelty and other searches

• monitor due dates

• do various survey and controlling tasks

• prepare licence agreements

• give advice concerning IPR matters.
